What Our Clients Say
Real reviews from real customers across Bath and the surrounding areas.
I've been using minerva for many years now, both at my business and at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the service. They are always reliable, punctual, and take real pride in their work. The windows are left spotless every single time, and the attention to detail is second to none.
We manage a commercial property and recently had an issue where, shortly after painting, the walls began to show signs of damp and the paint started peeling. It turned out the problem was caused by a blocked gutter. Harvey came in promptly, identified the issue, and cleared the guttering efficiently. Within a week, the walls were repainted and there has been no sign of damp since. Harvey did an amazing job from start to finish. He turned up on time, was professional throughout, and was very easy to work with. We would definitely recommend his services.
Great service and clean, turned up as agreed, gutters, facials and windows look brand new and completed in time and cost as pre discussed, also left no mess or traces they'd been here other than great a looking job. Would definitely recommend
For many years Minerva Cleaning have been cleaning my windows. I have been very impressed with their services, their efficiency, consistency and courtesy. I would highly recommend.
Great professional service at reasonable price ...very accommodating and friendly, very respectful of property and surroundings when carrying out work ..I would highly recommend for either facias, soffit's or guttering
Harvey turned up when he said he would to give our windows an initial deep clean as they haven't been done for a while. Access to some of them is not easy but he was not deterred by this, worked hard and did a thorough job, leaving them all 'gleaming'! Very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend him.
Excellent job, our drive looks like new again. Well done Harvey, you worked hard and did a brilliant job.
Most importantly the windows are nice and clean after Harvey finishes. Harvey always arrives when expected and gets on with the job, he is friendly and helpful and respects my property.
Amazing service. Reasonable prices. Use this company to regularly clean my windows but they also provide gutter cleaning. Would definitely recommend.
Review on behalf of my mum. Harvey did such an amazing and thorough job. So professional. Highly recommend.
